In poor countries and underdeveloped territories, reasonable small amounts of funds carefully injected into micro projects encourage a progressive development of the region. A great number of tiny projects owned by women especially in countries devastated by wars and diseases are emerging; thus requiring investment, financing methodology and oriented management. The creation of micro-sized enterprises is in constant development, while governments keep privatizing.

It is obvious that privatizations can sometimes be difficult for concerned entities as they need to be radically reorganized. A privatizable company must possess accounts that are economically wealthy. However, it is the company's financial weakness that leads to its privatization. There is also another form of privatization that consists in assuring different functions from management to construction of infrastructures, though, to specialized military operations. For instance, the privatization of war supposes an intelligent management of risks and micro-structures.
